BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • Ensure your folio is updated during your stay and reconfirm your departure schedule.
  • Assist with airport transfers, by arranging a hotel car or calling a taxi.
DURING YOUR STAY
YOUR E-BUTLER WILL
  • Greet you personally and be reachable via WeChat or Whatsapp 24/7 for any inquiries or support.
  • Provide information about the Resort Facilities, Spa Services, Dining Options, and Beyond the Resort Tour.
  • Assist with dinner reservations, tour bookings, on-property activities, spa treatments, and arranging celebrations or surprises upon request.
  • Ensure your folio is updated during your stay and reconfirm your departure schedule.
  • Assist with airport transfers, by arranging a Hotel car or calling a taxi.
  • Coordinate the delivery of your luggage to the departure area.
  • Should you arrive early or require a late check-out, we will coordinate with our Guest Relations Officer to ensure your comfort. You will be personally escorted to our Hospitality Lounge, while waiting for your suite to be ready or before your departure.
