I would like to know whether the All Inclusive means breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

What time can I order the food?
Room Service available 24 hours a day.
Rempah-Rempah Restaurant: Open daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
Crystal Blue Restaurant: Open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.
How many foods can I have within the All Inclusive Packages?
You may enjoy dining from any menu at any time. For your first order, please select one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert. Kindly finish each order before placing the next.
Is the room service included in the All Inclusive Packages?
Yes, 24 hours.
Do you have any late-night dining (Supper)?
Yes, 24 hours room service.
Do you provide vegan meals?
All restaurants offer vegetarian options, and our team is pleased to assist with any special dietary requests.
What time is the alcohol drink available?
Alcoholic drinks are available daily from 11:00 AM to midnight, with free-flow beverages for 12 hours. A selection of local and international brands is included, while premium brands are available for an additional charge. Your minibar is stocked with 2 cans of local beer and refreshed once daily.
The website mentions a “Cocktail Hour” from 11:00 AM to midnight. If my husband would like a beer or another alcoholic drink with lunch or at a time outside of 11:00 AM – midnight, would it be included?
Alcoholic beverages are not included before 11:00 AM, but are available for purchase at an additional charge.
May I have a list of the alcoholic beverages included in the All-Inclusive package?
Yes, we can send the list with our pleasure.
Is the premium liquor included?
Premium spirits can be upgraded for an additional surcharge.
Is wine served with dinner?
Yes, local red, white, and rosé wines are available by the glass.
What time is the drink (juice or soft drink) available?
From any open restaurant, bar or minibar
2 cans of local beer are included and provided in your minibar, which will be replenished once per day.
How many beverages can I have within the All Inclusive Packages?
There is no limit, as long as your previous drink has been finished before ordering the next.

Activities & Facilities

What is included in the Samabe Signature Activity?
Please refer to the detailed list of Samabe Signature Activities for complete information.
“Daily One Samabe Signature Activity of Your Choice”, is that for two persons or one person per day?
The activity is entitled per person, per day. Please note that limitations apply for children.
How can I book the Signature Activities, as some of them require reservation?
Activities can be booked in advance, upon arrival, or on a day-by-day basis during your stay. However, we recommend booking in advance, as some activities may already be fully booked.
Can I pre-book some of the activities?
Yes.
Can I have 2 activities on the same day without using the next day’s entitlement?
Yes, we allow the accumulation of activities during your stay.
Can I use the same activity each day? For example, a daily 60-minute massage.
No, massages can only be repeated every three days.
If I stay 3 nights 4 days, will I receive 4 Samabe Signature Activities?
No, a 3-night stay entitles you to 3 activities (1 night stay applies for 1 activity).
What water sports are included?
The included non-motorized water sports are Catamaran, Kayak, Windsurfing, and Snorkeling.
Is non-motorized water sports the inclusion of all-inclusive packages?
Yes.
Is transfer included in the All Inclusive Package?

Booking & Stay

What are Unlimited Privileges?
It is an All Inclusive Package.
Can I experience the All-Inclusive Package for just one day during my stay?
The All-Inclusive Package is offered for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights to ensure a complete experience.
If I stay from 25–28 June, can I apply for the All-Inclusive Package for only one full day (27 June)?
The minimum must be 2 nights; a single night within a 3 or more nights stay is not permitted.
Is it possible to split All-Inclusive nights within the same reservation?
The All-Inclusive Package must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights and cannot be split within a single reservation.
When is the valid time for All Inclusive Packages?
All Inclusive packages are valid from check-in to check-out, from after breakfast until breakfast on the next day.
Can I book All Inclusive Packages after arrival or on the next day?
Yes, the All-Inclusive Package can be arranged upon arrival.
Can I book 3 nights on all-inclusive packages out of the 6 nights?
Yes, it can be applied to part of your stay.
What is not included?
Dry Cleaning, premium brand liquor, overseas phone calls, Bottled wines, Champagne, Special promotion events like private dinner arrangements on the beach, or extra special dinner arrangement, Spa treatments, Souvenirs, and any other special activities and tours

As my daughter is 2 years old, is her meal also covered in the All-Inclusive Package?
Yes, meals are included at no additional charge, with limited activity access.
As my daughter is 4 years old (and above), is her meal also covered in the All-Inclusive Package?
Yes, an additional charge of 50% of the adult price applies, with limited activity access.
