Hotel Terms & Conditions

All terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the website, www.samabe.com
  1. Pre arrival
    Any booking e-mails to www.samabe.com will be replied within 24 hours.
  2. On line reservation
    All the bookings made through our website will receive a confirmation letter including the information and the inclusions of the reservations.
    • All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of valid credit card details.
    • The card will not be charged (except cancelled as per cancellation terms). Payment may be settled upon check-in, either with USD cash or in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using resort valid exchange rate at day of charge.
    • The credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the resort.
    • For "Non Refundable" reservations we will charge your credit card for the full amount upon reservation. Furthermore please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the resort and the credit card receipt will need to be signed upon check-in.
    • If your booking is on behalf of someone else, you must contact the resort directly or the resort will contact you to arrange for third party billing.

Children Policy

  • Children aged 1-3 years old share the existing bedding with the parents without any supplement charge.
  • Children aged 4-11 years old share the existing bedding with the parents. Supplement charge applies for package inclusions.
  • Children aged 12 years old and above are considered adult. Full charge applies

Cancellation Policy

  • Low Season: 1 night cancellation fee applies if reservation is canceled within 2 days prior to arrival day.
  • High Season (1 August-31 August) and Peak Season (26 December - 8 January)
    • Any cancelation within 60 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee applies
    • Any reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and no shows: full charge applies (based on the duration of the stay)
  • In the case of "NO SHOW", the full stay charge applies.

Check-in and Check-out time

Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 12 pm

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcoholic beverages are only served to those above 18 years old
  • Corkage fee applies for alcoholic drink from outside the resort

Connecting Suite Policy

Connecting suite is not guaranteed and based on availability upon check-in

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed

Late Checkout Policy

  • Late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charge applies as follows
  • Late check-out until 6 pm: 50% from the rate of the suite/villa applies on the day
  • Late check-out until 10 pm: 100% from the rate of the suite/villa applies on the day
  • Hospitality Lounge is provided for early check-in and late check-out guests

Best/Lowest Online Rate Guaranteed

Samabe.com guarantees you will not find a better price on any other website. If you find a lower price within 24 hours of making your booking at http://www.samabe.com, after checking it we will match the lower price and also add an extra 10% discount. To make a claim, email mail@samabe.com, with including following information:
  1. Your booking number or check in date, and name
  2. Screenshot and link to the website where you have found the cheaper rate

Claim Terms & Conditions

  • A claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making a reservation through www.samabe.com
  • A claim may be rejected if it is incomplete, is submitted in an unsupported language, or concerns a website that is in an unsupported language.
  • For the Competing Rate to be valid, it must be a currently available lower published online room rate for the same dates, the same number of guests, the same room type, and include similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., free breakfast).
  • Booking fees, extra adult fees, fees for children, rollaway charges will be included in the rate comparison.
  • Claims may be denied if the difference is less than one percent.
  • The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
    • Unpublished or negotiated rates (e.g., corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates);
    • Rates requiring membership, requiring discount codes or coupons, or otherwise not intended for the general public;
    • Package rates (e.g., rates that include a combination of a room and airfare)
    • Rates offered by providers that do not provide the name or location of the hotel until after a reservation has been made
    • Rates offered on on-request websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations
    • The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through samabe.com, and Samabe does not offer compensation for cancellation fees.
    • The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Samabe Website or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Samabe's reasonable control.
    • Samabe has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim. Samabe Bali Suites & Villas reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.
